-Support PUE to develop new supplier as well as material verification/qualification and create quality plan of new incoming material.
-Preparation and provision of inspection reports for samples and incoming materials.
-Record, proceed and follow up the test data and results in time, responsible for the test data (SAP records, NCR processing, tracking, etc.).
-Effectively handle nonconforming material founded in IQC, Warehouse and Production according to Guideline.
-Issue claim or NCR to supplier to drive supplier improvement, follow up/ validate the effectiveness of containment & preventive actions by supplier. 
-Support emergency measurement and timely completion of measurement tasks.
-Handle the customer quality claim caused by material issues and compensate failure cost caused by suppliers.

-协助PUE和PUQ5X进行开发新供应商以及新物料放行，新物料来料检验计划的编制。
-样件和来料检测及检验报告的编制和提供。
-及时记录及处理、跟进检测数据和结果，对检测数据负责（SAP记录，NCR处理追踪等）。
-按照Guideline有效地对IQC、仓库以及生产线发现的不合格物料进行处理。
-发出投诉或NCR给供应商，推动供应商改善，跟进并验证供应商的围堵、及纠正预防措施的有效性。
-负责紧急产品测量的支援。
-主导由原材料异常引起的客诉，对供应商原因导致的失效成本进行索赔、跟踪及确认。

-Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, More than 2 years related work experience.
-Able to recognize mechanical drawings, working experience in CMM, using related measuring equipment (CMM, imager, etc.) is preferred.
-Familiar with ISO9001, VDA 6.3. Known quality tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CP etc.
-Coordination and communication skills, with independent transaction processing capabilities.
-Skilled in Microsoft office software, familiar with SAP incoming inspection operation preferred.
-Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking. German is more preferred. .
-本科或以上学历，机械类相关专业。2年以上供应商品质保证、或制造型企业品质相关工作经验。
-能识别机械图纸，会操作三坐标、影像仪等尤佳。
-熟悉ISO9000,  VDA6.3相关标准，知晓相关质量工具：PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CP等。
-具备协调沟通，独立处理事务能力。
-会熟练操作Excel及word办公软件， 熟悉SAP进料检验操作者优先。
-流利的英语读写和口语能力，会德语优先。
