• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related disciplines;
• At least 8 years of IT application development management experience;
• Experience of leading global or regional IT projects;
• Knowledge of Cloud platform with experience in major areas like compute, storage, backup & recovery, etc;
• Strong leadership and team supervisory skill;
• Eager to propose new ideas, pragmatic, solution driven approach;
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization;
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

• Responsibilities:
• Work with IT Director in Headquarter to manage and executive IT projects; including the plans, costs and resources and various online staff platforms development of Asia;
• Provides training and advanced assistance on a wide-range of IT systems and applications;
• Prepares detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes;
• Conducts growth analysis and capacity planning, and develops capital and operating budget proposals;
• Maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
