Duties:

• Handle systems installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of information systems
• Administer and monitor the storage, HCI and backup/recovery systems
• Participate in root cause analysis process for all VMware & Windows & Linux problems
• Configure security settings or access permissions
• Assist in Network and infrastructure setup and support
• Other IT related ad-hoc tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years practical experience in IT infrastructure.
• Solid hands-on working experience in Window & Linux Servers administration and virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of VLANs, routing, switching and IP addressing
• Knowledge on security patch and software deployment tools such as Symantec Altiris is preferable
• IT certification holder such as CCNA, LPI, MCSE, Vmware or equivalent is preferable
• Knowledge in ISO2700/ITIL is an advantage
• Cantonese speaker
