FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL: Asegurar que los productos manufacturados en el área primaria cumplan con los requisitos de diseño y las especificaciones de los planos de construcción. Verificar que las materias primas que se utilizan tengan las dimensiones y características correctas. Soportar las áreas de producción en la verificación de los procesos productivos del área primaria. FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS: Controlar los distintos procesos productivos a través de los aplicación de Planes de control y monitoreo para validar que las piezas cumplen según las especificaciones de planos y las tolerancias establecidas para asegurar la calidad de las piezas producidas Colaborar con la corrección de planos de piezas que requieran modificaciones. Solicitar y/o sugerir correcciones y mejoras en las herramientas utilizadas en los procesos. Participar /Liderar procesos de solución de problemas que se presentan en el proceso productivo. Realizar las inspecciones de ingreso de materia prima/Producto terminado según plan de muestreo establecido. Registrar y documentar las inspecciones realizadas según se indica en el EQMS Dar soporte a otros departamentos en el momento que sea necesario y de acuerdo a sus capacidades técnicas. Cumplir con los requerimientos y responsabilidades establecidas en el sistema gestión de calidad de Eaton EQMS/ISO 9000 / y de MESH y asegurar que se cumplan y mantengan los procesos necesarios para los sistema de Gestión Seguimiento al del Plan de calibración Impartir las capacitaciones asignadas en el sistema a su área Qualifications Técnico medio en Mecánica /Mecánica de precisión / Técnico en Calidad con conocimiento en Metalmecánica Conocimiento de lectura de planos mecánicos, tolerancias. Conocimiento de estadística y control de procesos Deseable Conocimiento normas ISO 9000, deseable Auditor Interno ISO 9001 Uso de básico paquetes computacionales (Word, Excel y Autocad) Conocimientos básicos de metrología.
