RESPONSIBILITIES

·             Design training content and deliver training sessions, including weekly morning briefing, monthly FPS training, half-year Centralized training, Quarterly productivity program to uplift insurance performance by sharpening product knowledge and strengthening selling skills.

·             Initiate and source speakers for branch seminars/webinars and support event design and arrangement.  Also connect with external partners and industries to spot the latest trends, topics, and knowledge and internalize these to continuously upgrade professional knowledge & skills among FPS and RM.

·             Provide ideas and support in marketing initiatives related to customer communication including WeChat articles, audios, broadcasting and videos.

·             Support new hiring, new product training and insurance certification requirements. 

·             Perform MIS and reports for training and performance tracking. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·             Bachelor's degree or above is required

·             Strong communication and presentation skills, positive attitude, and highly self-driven with ownership.

·             Sound knowledge of insurance products and insurance sales experience are required.

·             At least of 5 years’ of training experience in financial industry.

·             Good interpersonal and project management skills to initiate, connect, and execute programs by cooperating and coordinating among various stakeholders.
