Student age: Grade 8 to Grade 12
Class size: 15-25 kids in each class
Contract length: 2 years
Salary: 25,000-30,000 rmb/m before tax,
Provide free apartment on campus, or 3,000 rmb/m for housing allowance,
Work load: 7:45-8:00 preparation,
8:00-11:30 am classes,
12:00-1:00 pm lunch break
1:00-5:00 pm classes
No more than 25 classes/week, generally 15-20 classes/week, (45 minutes/class)
Summer and winter holidays will be fully paid (the first holiday after you join in will be 50%, the rest will be paid 100%),
All Chinese public holidays will be paid off,
Christmas holiday: 4-5 days.
Bonus: we offer 6000-12000 rmb for performance bonus after 2 years contract end according to your performance.
Flight: 8,000 rmb for airfare allowance after 2 years' contract end
