Today, Siemens Mobility in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an experienced Integration, T&C Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The position holder will be reporting to the TS Delivery Director and Deputy Project Director..

What are my responsibilities ?

• Creating plans for the validation and system test procedures including Testing & Commissioning Strategies
• Creating plans and coordination of specific tests for each Segment or Partner on site and/or on test tracks
• Responsible for the managing system tests and other testing activities
• Set up the T&C program, progress and associated reporting
• Responsible for coordination of system tests making sure each Segment or Partner provides the staff to intervene on his own software / hardware
• Creating and assigning action plans corresponding to system malfunctions (Managing NCR and regression tests)
• Follow-up of NCR from factory tests of each Segment or Partner until the resolution of all malfunctions
• Follow-up system test phase configuration on site and/or on test track. Liaise with customers and contractors, under the authority of the Project Director, regarding test systems on site and / or on test tracks.
• Make sure that EHS targets are maintain to a very high standard, especially during energization and dynamic testing .

What do I need to qualify for this job ?

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from reputable university or College
• Broad Knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment and
• Broad knowledge of the technical management tools, calculation and simulation methods.
• Capacity to work in Team, Critical Faculty, Analysis / Syntheses.
• Leadership, initiative and decision minded
• Team spirit approach and good communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge, mainly in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to learn company-specific software if required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented, proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
