Preventing or defending from third parties actions
-Project studies in view of identified competitor patents
-Action for reorienting any project in case of infringement risk
-Patent clearances
-Oppositions / Nullity suits against patents granted to third parties
-Study and follow-up of infringement claims and litigations

Infringement actions against third parties (on the basis of LOVENSE patents)
-Infringement detection and validity check of the files
-Offensive pre-litigation or litigation actions, in liaison with IP, BG

Managements and other involved functions

Support to other functions
-Drafting / reviewing of I.P. clauses in agreements
-I.P. training for Product Groups teams

Applying the Environment Safety and Security procedures and good practices; know for their activities and the activities of subcontractors the potential risks and their consequences. Be attentive and responsive to them and manage the associated action plans.
-3-5 years practice in IP, either law firm or in house
-Fluent English
