#### Position Description:


As a US$50 billion Fortune 500 company, Lenovo’s vision is to become the

technology for all that create the best user experience. We are looking for a
communications intern. This role is for graduate students only and will start
in Spring Semester (January), with plans to interview and onboard in December
(dependent on availability).

The communications intern will be part of a seasoned, diverse and lean team of
global communications professionals committed to strategizing and executing
external and internal communications across consumer, commercial, and small
and medium-sized business segments – reporting into the Internal and Executive
Communications Manager within the business unit.

The role is based in Lenovo’s Morrisville (Raleigh-Durham) headquarters, where
the communications intern will collaborate closely with teams across the U.S.,
Asia and Europe. The anticipated start date for this position will be early
January.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Develop, create and edit email content for internal audiences
• Assist in developing internal videos for events and internal audiences
• Help with content maintenance of internal WordPress website
• Assist team in planning IDG PCSD Kickoff event in April in Raleigh

#### Position Requirements:


Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• Microsoft Office
o PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
• WordPress experience or knowledge
• Strong written, verbal and visual skills with the ability to create content
with creativity, speed and style
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
• Some event planning experience
