We, the “Retail Consulting” department of the BMW Group provide retail consulting programmes to ensure the success of the BMW Group retail network. We are responsible for the worldwide enabling at the sales project “Granular Performance Management” in selected BMW Group markets and we host a yearly international Aftersales Area Manager Conference with around > 100 participants from all around the world. Our participants will join from New York, Los Angeles, Beijing, Melbourne, Moscow, London, Paris… just to name some locations.

What awaits you?

• Within the framework of your responsibilities as an intern (f/m/x) you support our team in all tasks related to planning, preparing and realising yet another inspiring and innovative „Aftersales Area Manger Conference “.
• Join us on-site during the conference in October 2020 as an essential part of our team.
• Make sure that, after the conference, all information is shared, all pictures taken and all work results achieved find their way to the participants and other BMW stakeholders in a professional documentation.
• Be involved into various side projects of the global Granular Performance Management Project.
   

What you should bring along?

• Currently enrolled student (or between bachelor and master) with above-average achievements.
• Analytical and with attention to detail.
• Highly resilient and flexible in dealing with cross-functional teams and group projects.
• Creative and ready to come up with new and innovative ideas.
• Willing to tackle new tasks and take on responsibility.
• Fun to work with, communicative and able to work effectively in a (sometimes virtual) team.
• Fluent in English and German, further language skills desirable.
• Advanced in handling of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
