We, the “Retail Consulting” department of the BMW Group support more than 800 BMW and MINI dealers every year. Our international team steers worldwide consulting projects in selected BMW Group markets and their dealerships. Our consulting programmes focus on classical sales and aftersales topics as well as overarching areas such as business management, digital strategy, and customer experience. We aim to increase the performance of our dealerships by optimising structures, processes and behaviours measured by clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI). We are a performance driven team of in-house consultants searching for likeminded talents.

What awaits you?

• Within the framework of your responsibilities as an intern (f/m/x) you support the PMO-team in tracking and preparing the performance and status reports, i.a. at program and regional level.
• Furthermore, you assume responsibility for daily operations of processing and extracting data from the in-house data system into various reports.
• You interact with colleagues in an international environment to clarify any open points or issues.
• In addition, you are involved in the further development of the reporting platforms and tools.
• You take responsibility for own work packages within individual projects.
• Your support in creating presentations and preparing workshops will also enhance your exciting area of responsibility.
   

What should you bring along?

• Studies of Business Administration, Science or a comparable course of studies.
• Second half diploma, bachelor´s degree or master´s program.
• Knowledge in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English and German for professional use.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Analytical thinking.
• High willingness to tackle new challenges and drive forward.
