Job Description:

* Responsible to build and maintain relationships with company VIP gaming customers.

* Proactive and ongoing communication with targeted gaming customers.

* Assure that gaming customers’ reservations are handled professionally and accurately.

* Promote the casino and company.

* Provide complimentary based on established and approved guidelines.

* Perform other job related duties.

Job Requirements:

* At least 2 years’ experience in customer service in VIP gaming.

* College degree preferred.

* Must be willing to learn and work as a team.

* Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to the regulatory, departmental and company policies.
