We are currently seeking an international sales manager to join our team. You will need to demonstrate passion and flair for driving top-line revenue growth as well as a keen desire to understand the needs of our international auction house partners.

In this role, you will
- Support the International Sales Department by strengthening relationships with existing auction houses, grow revenue and volume of bids
- Develop and expand ePaiLive’s existing core business by utilising cross selling opportunities
- Increase client awareness of the ePaiLive brands, website functionality and marketing opportunities
- Establish new partnerships and maintain an ongoing dialogue with current auction houses, dealers and art gallery clients
- Offer ideas and suggestions to develop and maintain ePaiLive’s international social media footprint
- Work closely alongside sales, advertising, marketing and editorial teams to support publicity projects

This role is open to all nationalities although the ideal candidate must be fluent in English and preferably have at least a basic level of spoken/written Chinese proficiency.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
- A Degree in Business Management, e-commerce, or any related field
- 3+ years experience in related position (sales/business development)
- Ability to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships
- Interest in fine art and the global auction market
- Fluent English speaker with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of other European languages would be a plus such as German, French, Italian and Spanish
- Ability to think innovatively and project manage activities for international clients in China
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments
- An eye detail and for producing aesthetically pleasing materials
- A highly motivated self-starter with energy and drive in challenging and dynamic environment
- Strong customer focus and a team player
- Basic level of spoken/written Chinese is preferred
- Previous social media experience desired
