Job Description:

This role will serve as an issues management lead responsible for the monitoring, validation, and oversight of issues aligned to the Chief Data Office.   Responsibilities include interaction with technical and business executives to evaluate ongoing issue remediation to identify any gaps and/or risks.  This role will include engagement with Chief Data Office Business Controls team members, Compliance, Risk, and Legal partners.   Responsibilities also include the development and execution of reporting that serves to drive transparency into the type, urgency, frequency and status of issues/exceptions. 

Required Job Skills:

  • Audit, Global Technology and Operations (GTO), Risk/Compliance business/operations experience.
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of risk and issues management. Reporting design and best practices.
  • Data management / data quality.
  • Issue management and triage.
  • Detail oriented / process excellence.

Desired Job Skills:

  • Familiarity with process, risk and controls frameworks.
  • Audit / regulatory experience
