THE COMPANY :
- Japanese company
- Manufacturing : soldering including solder wire, solder bar and solder paste for various industrial applications
- Factories : Japan, Huizhou, Shanghai, Tianjin & Beijing
- HK office : sales & logistics office (25 staff)
- Main market : HK and China
- Key customers : electronics, semiconductor and automotive industries
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES SALES ADMIN / OPERATION MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Japanese Director who is based in Japan Headquarters
- Lead Sales team & Sales Admin team
- JOB SUMMARY : managing order processing & daily sales admin operation
- Provide professional service to Japanese clients located in HK and China
- Lead the teams to perform clients & orders follow up, as well as ensure on time delivery of goods
- Manage the communications with Japanese clients & various China factories
- Ensure professional customer service is delivered to corporate clients
- Manage sales documentations like quotations & invoices etc
- University graduates preferably in Business/Marketing/Engineering/Manufacturing related
- Fluent in Japanese & Chinese
- Mandarin & English speaking is a plus
- 5-8 years sales or sales admin experience in any product / components
- Experience in industrial parts / components / engineering parts or related is a plus
- Experience in servicing Japanese corporate clients is highly prefer
- Occasional China trip
- 6 months training in Japan
- 5 Days Work
- Public Holiday
- Traffic Allowance
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
