THE COMPANY :
- Japanese company
- Manufacturing : soldering including solder wire, solder bar and solder paste for various industrial applications
- Factories : Japan, Huizhou, Shanghai, Tianjin & Beijing
- HK office : sales & logistics office
- Main market : HK and China
- Key customers : electronics, semiconductor and automotive industries
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Japanese Director who is based in Japan Headquarters
- Lead Sales Admin Team of 4-5 members
- JOB SUMMARY : manage order processing & daily sales admin operation, provide professional service to customers
- Provide professional service to Japanese clients located in HK and China
- Lead the team to perform clients & orders follow up, as well as ensure on time delivery of goods
- Manage the communications with Japanese clients & various China factories
- Ensure professional customer service is delivered to corporate clients
- Manage sales documentations like quotations & invoices etc
- Tertiary education
- Good in Japanese (N2), English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 5-8 years sales or sales admin / order processing experience in trading or manufacturing of any items
- Experience in industrial parts / components / engineering parts or related is a plus
- Experience in servicing Japanese corporate clients is highly prefer
- Experience in leading a small team is a plus
- One trip to Huizhou factory per month for meetings
- 5 Days Work
- 13 months salary
