THE COMPANY :
- Securities brokerage, asset management & investment services company mainly servicing customers from Japan & China
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform customer service to Japanese customers by phone & by email
- Answer Japanese customers enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Good written & spoken Japanese is a must
- JLPT One or equivalent is preferable
- 1-3 years working experience in any field
- Experience in customer service / sales support related is a plus
- Experience or interest in financial services, securities brokerage, asset management or insurance brokerage is a plus
- Able to deliver professional customer service to Japanese customers
- PC proficient, Japanese word processing
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Office location : TST Harbour City
