Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Japanese F&B restaurant chain with 15 Japanese restaurants carrying several catering brands servicing middle price range customers
  • We are looking JAPANESE SPEAKING PR & MARKETING MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Handle all marketing related matters of the catering brands under the Group
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness
  • Implement marketing campaigns and PR events
  • Monitor and control the annual marketing budget for all marketing activities
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with media and agencies to enhance brand and product exposure
  • Manage agencies and vendors and supervise their performance
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy including website, social media, eDM, SEM, SEO to increase brand awareness and equity
  • Communicate with joint promotion partners, design houses & all external partners
  • Degree holder preferably in Marketing / Communications / Journalism or related disciplines
  • 6 - 10 years of all-round marketing experience in F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital / online platforms, social media and search engine
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Japanese & Chinese
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 13 days
