- Main market : Asia & global
- Hong Kong office : regional headquarters of Asia Pacific region
- Manufacturing plants : China and Asian region
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING TRADING ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Handle order processing with suppliers
- Monitor performance of suppliers
- Work on process improvement with suppliers and Asian offices
- Degree holder
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience in trading / customer services
- Sound knowledge of international trade / logistics
- Familiar with MS office applications(Excel, Access) and word processing
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Proficient in Putonghua
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in SAP R3 (ERP) system is an advantage
- Pleasant, co-operative and with a strong sense of responsibility
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:20pm)
- 12 days annual leave
