I4.0

-         Collect and analyse business requirements, comes up with written user story

-         Diagnosis the customer paint points and recommend potential improvement

-         Provide solution/function proposal via using UI mock-up and UML tool

-         Support solution designer for technical solution design

-         Adapt new technology (data mining&analytics/OCR/Chatbot/AR-VR…) into customer’s business with good ROI

-         Integrate different systems and applications to provide E2E solutions to customer

Big Data

-         Data-driven analytical approach to understand requirements and design solution

-         Provide consultancy to business data collecting and storage

-         Provide consultancy in data analytics and mining

-         Support customer to identify improvement opportunity through business data analysis and mining

Smart manufacturing

-         Support analysis of existing solutions in the market and make solution proposal for BOSCH plant

-         Engagement with multiple client levels from shop-floor to top floor to manage expectations

-         Consulting customers on improving efficiency ,productivity by technology enabled solutions

-         Design end to end solutions for clients to achieve their bottom line targets

-         Demonstrate strong understanding of technology integration at the shop-floor (Devices and systems, MES, etc.)

Ideal candidate must have excellent analytical, technical and communication skills. Able to create, understand and communicate “big picture” strategic approach.

-           Master degree & above from top university in logistics, manufacturing fields and IT education background

-           Strong analytic skill and able to create innovative idea

-           Excellent knowledge in IT application, esp. in I4.0/IoT

-           Good communication in an international team and excellent in presentation skill

-           Fluent English skill in verbal communication and writing. Basic German language is a plus

-           Entrepreneur mind-set
