The successful candidate will be assigned to provide all-rounded operations support of the firm. The operation team provides all aspects of investment support to the investment team on both credit and private equity deals. This role also requires to work closely with external fund administrator as well as address investors queries.

Description

• Manage custody with third party vendor and stock/share reconciliations for Fund Investments

• Perform AML and KYC control process

• Liaison with external ESG consultants and conduct relevant research and due diligence

• Work closely with fund administration for related reports

• Keep track of banking records on setup funds and firms bank accounts

• Monitor the Fund's credit lines/ borrowing base compliance

• Manage the closing funds flow process

• Maintain operational documents and control checklists of the Fund's Investments

Profile

• Bachelor degree holder at reputable universities, Accounting/ Finance degree preferred

• At least 1-2 years' experience in credit/ private equities investment operation

• Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects

• Excellent team players to support different teams at different levels

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numbers

• Self-motivated and able to meet various deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel
