• Administrative work, such as filing, issue invoices, custom declaration, etc;
• Handle stock management, such as stock packaging, maintain stock level record, stock-take;
• Follow client's order;
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year relevant experiences in shipping bills and sales admin
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage
• Detail minded, able to work independently, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Immediately availability is an advantage.
