K12 boarding school in Nanchang, Jiangxi is hiring for Feb 2022 (12 months' pay)

Benifits:
Salary: 22,000-25,000 rmb/m before tax,
Housing : Free apartment,

Responsibilities
1) Differentiate teaching according to the individual needs of students, including support for English language learning as needed.
2) Be part of an accreditation committee, which will involve a high level of documentation of unit plans, assessment schemes, and evidence of student learning.
3) Prepare and submit lesson plans and periodic progress reports.
4) Be active in the school community initiatives and participate in after-hour functions, such as promotional events.
5) Administer 1-2 after school clubs.6) Attend parent-teacher meetings and faculty meetings.
7) Be able to work as a team member and respectful to others.


Qualifications
The essential requirements of the school include the following criteria:
1) Hold a valid teaching license and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
2) Be qualified and experienced educators with at least two years of teaching experiences in
international high school programs
3) Be passionate about teaching students and responsive to their individual needs
4) Be committed to teamwork and effective communication with students, colleagues and parents
5) Intent on enhancing own professional skills
6) Accept the differences in school culture between home country and China and be adaptable.
