Your role

The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work in this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. The position may require that employees perform other duties as assigned.

Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with key accounts

Leading sales projects for key accounts with supports from the colleagues

Systematic searching for related potential customers clients, visiting them and persuade them in our products

Definition of laser solutions and calculating client quotations

Negotiating conditions and contract terms according the internal rules and guideline.

Administering client information in the CRM system

Preparing reports to supervisor

Supporting marketing by attending related trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client need

Other tasks aggined by Sales director.

Your profile

Bachelor degree or above in Laser technology or relate

Chinese native speaker, English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a sales engineer or solutions engineer for laser products or related; be familiar with Laser technology/Application or EM related industrial knowledge and knowhow;

Strong communication and negotiation skills, convincing personality, systematic and target oriented work style, superior written and oral communications skills, presentation methods, work independent, self motivation;

Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must
