Key Account Manager - Real Estate_Shanghai & Shenzhen

For Siemens Ltd. China Smart Infrastructure, we are looking for Key Account Managers to drive business with large Real Estate Developers. You will help SI China to realize a sustainable growth and greater customer satisfaction, by collaborating closely with our regional sales and BU colleagues.
•Work as a Siemens SI China representative and main interface to the key account
•Represent the Key Account to the Siemens SI China organizations, understand customer needs, bring requirements and feedbacks from customer to internal parties
•Orchestrate a unified team approach towards the customer, coordinate internal stakeholders such as BU BDs, regional sales, vertical managers etc.
•Manage customer senior-level relationship effectively, build and maintain a trusting and long-term customer relationship, arrange regular management visits and meetings
•Promote Siemens and influence in potential opportunities
•Lead central bidding projects initiated by customer headquarter
•Maintain a comprehensive overview about the customer’s business, and account transparency including Key Account’s potential, pipeline, development plan, strategy, decision makers, etc.
•Setup annual business development plan, target and measures with each stakeholder (e.g. regional sales, BUs etc.)
•Develope 3-5-year Key Account strategy and business plan based on the strategic goals of the Key Customer together with the relevant SI China organizations
•Manage escalation effectively, provide early recognition of potential risks with major business impact, report in time to relevant SI China organizations
•+8 years of sales / business development experience in Siemens DI or SI field
•Strong ownership and willingness to take the responsibility as a key account manager
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with customer C-level executives and key decision makers
•Demonstrate ability to manage complex account structure effectively
•Advanced sales skills and customer influence capability
•Collaborative, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
•Openness for digitization technology, embrace changes in the digital age
•In-depth understanding of SI level products and solutions, and SI target industries
•Understand market dynamics with keen business acumen
•Ability to do business planning and think strategically
•Ability to conduct internal coordination and reporting
•Good English and presentation skills
