PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

In-field position with the objective to raise awareness of the assigned AbbVie’s products to Healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

1.1         Achieve the set goals and KPIs for assigned therapeutic areas and territory.

1.2         Develop target list of customers in accordance with product strategy.

1.3         Build and maintain relationships with key external experts and decision makers.

1.4         Be the local expert of assigned product/ products in the assigned territory.

1.5         Develop and implement plans (e.g. territory, account and call) that includes goals, action plans, time frames and resources.

1.6         Deliver the medical information related to the products of responsibility to customers in compliance with company’s strategy and applicable regulations.

1.7         Position products and services using appropriate resources and confident, convincing logic: tailoring approach to meet customer needs by utilizing appropriate resources, handling objections by exploring perspectives, and tactfully addressing them.

1.8         Use promotional materials according Business Unit strategy and applicable regulations.

1.9         Regularly track and report progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.

1.10       Utilize innovative approaches and resources to gain access to 'difficult to see' customers and elevate results and outcomes to the Brand Team level through their Manager.

1.11       Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to the customers.

1.12       Organize events with the customers and deliver presentations.

1.13       Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs in a win-win approach.

1.14       Through effective contribution and participation in Brand Team activities, plan and ensure implementation of the commercial Brand strategy, tactical Brand activities and innovative projects

 

2.           FLOW OF INFORMATION & REPORTING

2.1         Provide clear feedback to Direct Manager, report and track progress with regards to different marketing campaigns, applied product strategies. 

2.2         Provide relevant data to Direct Manager for monthly dashboard, highlights, S&OP, business reviews in accordance with agreed timelines.

2.3         Monitor the field activities of the competing companies regularly and to prepare monthly activity reports. Report the field activities of competing products at the end of each month to the available system.

2.4         Prepare the visit plan for the next month and enter the realized visit information of the previous month to the CRM system.

2.5         Complete reporting into the CRM system in an accurate and timely manner.

2.6         Realize pre-planned visits in accordance with the customers segmentation and to comply with visit frequencies.

2.7         Update the records of the territory and customers regularly in a timely manner.

2.8         Provide workplace data accuracy in all records and reports, concerning the field of responsibility.

2.9         Following the receipt of information about adverse effects or product complaints about company products, deliver the same information promptly to Medical Department within 24 hours of receipt according to the set procedure.

 

3.           BRAND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

3.1         Support Brand Manager in the development and execution of product strategies, promotional programs, projects and market research activities, etc.

3.2         Share best practices to enhance business success for assigned products across the Baltic team.

3.3         Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market and competitive intelligence expertise, and share this knowledge and experience with the team.

3.4         Obtain a deep understanding of the emerging multi-stakeholder environment.

3.5         Develop tactical Brand Plans for assigned products of responsibility, collecting inputs from cross-functional colleagues.

3.6         Develop in-field materials for product promotion, ensure all materials are aligned to strategic objectives of the Brand

 

4.           OTHER

4.1         Comply with all ethical and business standards of the company

4.2         Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules and procedures.

 


Qualifications
  •  
  • 5 years of experience in Commercial pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of success within respective therapeutic areas preferred
  • Healthcare market understanding
  • Successful customer relationship management experience
  • Account and Territory Management experience
  • Ability to develop and manage projects cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process
  • University degree
  • Excellent local language, good English and Russian
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Valid Driving License
