kids training center job in Jinniu district, Chengdu needs 3 teachers ASAP!

salary: 14-18K/M,
Job requirements
5 working days per week,
Workdays 1:30-9:00, weekends: 9:00-6:00
2 days off per week during weekdays，public holiday off ( paid).
Class size:4-6 kids
Free apartment or 1500 rmb/m for housing allowance.
Singup bonuses and end of contract bonus of 6000 flight allowance.
Airport pickup
provide Z visa.

requests:
1. Native English speaker ONLY;
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. More than 3 years teaching experience in kindergarten or English training school.
4. The candidate should love teaching, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
5．Have sense of humor, and long –term cooperation intentions, highly motivated and goal orientation.
6. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate
Non criminal record.

Job responsibilities:
1. Teaching ESL--- English as a Second Language, teach English for children aged 3-12 years old and ensure the quality of instruction；
2. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
3. Teach kids English during the English class, outdoor activities time, etc；
4. Prepare weekly plan, daily plan according to the requirements；
5. Help kids develop good personalities and habits；
6. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school
7. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school
8. Organize activities with Chinese teachers.e.g. Halloween party, Christmas party, etc.
