Job requirements:
 ▪ Bachelor degree or above+ TEFL /TESOL certificate
▪ 2 years+ related teaching experience with Montessori teaching philosophy; managerial experience
▪ Native English speakers(teachers abroad whose residence permit expires after 28 March 2020 are acceptable)

Salary & Benefits:
▪ Salary: 18-22K/M before tax(including housing allowance) for English teachers; 30K before tax for administrative staff(including housing allowance, 500-1000CNY/M for tax)
▪ Flight allowance:5K after one year contract
▪ 20K for renewing contract
▪ Full paid in Summer & Winter holidays (10 days each holiday)
▪ Visa: work visa
