1. Class size：about 3-8 kids in one class;
2. Students age: 2-5 years;
3. Pre-made lesson plans and curriculum
4.If needed, working with a Chinese teaching assistant
5. Students in-class reports are needed to fill after class

Skills and experience
1.Native English speaker with Bachelor Degrees or above (prefer an educational background)
2.TEFL is a necessity
3.Fundamental idea of teaching is a necessity and able to improve curriculum development capacity
4. Enable to attract students' attention and inspire their interest by dancing and singing.
5. Familiar with child psychology and classroom management
6. Good at communicating with parents
7. Loving children and teaching and willing to learn and improve.
8. 1.5 years or more working experience will be preferred
