幼儿园外教主任Head Teacher position in Kindergarten
到岗时间Start Date： October, 2021-February，2022
岗位职责Duties and responsibilities：
1. 协助幼儿园园长负责幼儿园的学校筹备、整体运营、教学管理 ；
Assist with the Principal of school preparation, overall operation and teaching management.
2. 协助负责幼儿园发展规划及年度发展规划的制定与实施；
Assist with formulation and implementation of kindergarten yearly development plan.
3. 协助负责幼儿园的课程管理、教学管理、教师管理、学生管理、招生管理和行政管理等工作；
Assist with curriculum management, teaching management, teacher management, student management, enrollment management and administrative management of the kindergarten
4. 协助负责幼儿园下属各部门合理安排日常相关事务，制定和执行有关工作制度、工作规范及相应的监督和考核办法；
Assist with other departments of daily affairs arrangement, formulate and implement relevant work systems, work rules and corresponding supervision and examination method.
5. 协助负责幼儿园教学部门制定/落实课程方案、教学大纲、教学计划和相应的实施意见，并指导、督促、协助教师认真执行；
Assist with the teaching department to formulate/implement the curriculum plan, teaching plan and corresponding implementation suggestion, moreover, guide, supervise and assist teachers to carry out conscientiously.
6. 重视教师团队专业化水平的提高，协助负责教师招聘、管理、培训及考核工作；
Put emphasis on improvement of the professional level of the teacher team, provide assistance of recruitment, management, training and assessment of teachers;
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作，接受上级部门的检查和督导，保持与其它部门的沟通协调。
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, accept inspection and supervision from superiors, communication and coordination with other departments.

任职要求Requirements：
1. English Native speakers major in Education
2. Have rich teaching and management experience in international school.
