An English teaching institute in Guangzhou is currently recruiting for Kindergarten-Primary school English teachers for long term.
School Overview: Located in Guangzhou (close to Hong Kong), this school offers the Spirit Kids Royal English courses, Longman, CYLE etc., to kindergarten and primary students. We encourage intellectual curiosity and independent, critical and creative thinking which will maximize students' potential and promote the growth of the whole person. There is a teaching assistant attached to every classroom. With an amazing campus (over 1700 square meters) being built in Guangzhou - you can expect a very good standard of living.

Requirements:
·         University/College degree/Diploma.
·         ESL teaching certificate or its equivalent.
·         Minimum one-year teaching experience (qualified teachers without experience will be considered).
·         Excellent English communication skills.
·         Familiar with computer skills, Word, Excel, etc.
·         An ability to create a successful learning environment
·         Accountability for each student's progress and well-being and a commitment to reflection and improvement of personal practice.


Our working time is from 8:30-12:00   14:30-17:00 , Monday to Friday , and Saturday is 8:30-12:00. In total  5.5 days per week,Teaching time is short, every class last for about 20 minutes, then teacher will have a break ,  for one day , we have 5-6 classes , so we only  have about 1.5 teaching hour per day.

Of course, if we have more and more students , the teaching time will last longer,  but for this year, work load is not heavy in the contract , we have  40 working hour and 28 teaching hour, but in reality , we work less
