Job Description
The ultimate goal of this position is to help us formulate Commercial Strategic Planning and work closely with the leadership team to implement it efficiently. The job requires, not only analytical and cognitive ability but also a lot of passion and hard work to innovate, iterate and push one-self to the limits to make it successful. Candidate who loves challenges and are aspiring to become future business leaders are only requested to apply for this role.
• Be responsible for the commercial target, including AUM, Commission etc.
• Lead the local commercial planning
• Knowing how to split the company target into specific commercial target and develop the sound plan to achieve the target
• Develop proper pipeline and funnel in line with the commercial plan and implement it.
• Key Account Management experience.
• Build up relationship with KOLs through different channels
• Collaborate with partner to develop strategic customer
• Be the bridge between local and HQ BD team to ensure the BD strategy and plan are implement correctly in local and able to consolidate local customer/user needs and feedback to HQ cross function team, like BD, Marketing and Operation
• Oversee and set up the competitive offer, rate and budget to key account
• Identify the opportunity and risk with marketing and CS team and communicate to Operations and Management team
• Get engaged in solution development for the strategic account and expand account pool
• Be able to guide and coach the junior BD team member and adopt the proper performance review approachings.
• Other tasks assigned by leaders

• Background in business development or commercial planning within information technology, internet, or technology community management is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management or account management
• Strong business acumen, with ability to share insights that drive results and customer value
• Strong track record in development new business in new market.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially in ice-breaking sales and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA preferred but not required

The salary structure is base pay plus commission.
