- Our state-of-the-art laboratory is looking for LABORATORY QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for the development of a Quality Management System (QMS) and coordinating the day-to-day clinical laboratory operations and activities of the QMS
- The QMS shall integrate operations, services, and infrastructure into a system that meets applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, professional guidelines, and customer requirements for ensuring and maintaining quality and continually improving laboratory services.
- Responsible for interpreting, applying, and implementing standards, rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and accreditation body e.g. CAP. This will also include coordination and implementation of quality and safety initiatives.
- The Quality Manager, working with the Laboratory Director(s), will oversee a QMS throughout clinical laboratory operations to ensure the QMS is well integrated throughout the laboratory, thus fostering a culture of quality, safety, and ethics.
- Manage quality assurance including proficiency testing, quality control processes and clinical laboratory procedures, as well as method verification and validation procedures.
- Handle clinical laboratory accreditation, quality management systems and quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Monitor LIMS and their QA and regulatory requirements.
- Document management and compliance software.
- Monitor and maintain Molecular laboratory equipment, instrumentation and terminology of the subject area(s).
- Understanding and accurately following complex oral and written instructions and of reading technical materials.
- Archive personal file of technical staff for quality assurance purpose.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Science disciplines.
- Minimum two years of experience in quality management role, experience from a medical laboratory is highly prefer
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
