Job Description

          Responsibilities:


  • Development and controlling of project schedules with partners and Siemens factories
  • Implement and timely update on project documentation and schedules
  • Proactive project coordination, close cooperate with OEM partners and factories globally
  • Administers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs, and standards
  • Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in PM operations
  • Ensuring adherence to policies, processes, and agreements during the daily work
  • Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues
  • Coordination internal delivery resources with stable technical knowhow and seniority levels within across competence pools
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years Project Management/Coordination experience
  • Experience in business communications, well-structured working style
  • Good team player
  • Good command of writing, speaking, and reading English
  • Certain Siemens product knowledge and system knowledge preferred
