Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Development and controlling of project schedules with partners and Siemens factories
- Implement and timely update on project documentation and schedules
- Proactive project coordination, close cooperate with OEM partners and factories globally
- Administers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs, and standards
- Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in PM operations
- Ensuring adherence to policies, processes, and agreements during the daily work
- Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues
- Coordination internal delivery resources with stable technical knowhow and seniority levels within across competence pools
- Requirements:
- At least 3 years Project Management/Coordination experience
- Experience in business communications, well-structured working style
- Good team player
- Good command of writing, speaking, and reading English
- Certain Siemens product knowledge and system knowledge preferred
