THE COMPANY :
- Headquarters : China
- One of the top 10 metal & steel company in China
- Import & export : iron ore, chrome ore, coal, deformed steel bar, copper cathodes, nickel cathodes, etc
- Representing over 20 steel mills in China
- HK office : international trading office
- Asian branch office : Singapore
- We are looking for LEGAL MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for all legal duties of Hong Kong office and Singapore office
- Draft, review, comment and negotiate various commercial and trading contracts
- Conduct legal research & perform analysis
- Providing legal advice;
- Coordinate with outsourced legal firms when required
- Carry out any ad hoc assignment as assigned
- Work independently with no direct subordinates
- Report to China Headquarters
- Degree in Law or equivalent
- Qualified Solicitor in Hong Kong is a plus
- Over 3 years legal related working experience
- Experience in international trading is highly prefer
- Experience in natural resources, energy, metal & steel or related commodities is a plus
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Occasional trip to Singapore is required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
