Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- European global freight forwarder and 3PL third party logistics service provider of over 150 years history
- Based on our global network, we create tailor-made solutions to improve our clients logistics processes
- We are looking for LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Response to customer's needs in timely manner in effective communication
- Ensure timely invoicing, internal expense report and month-end closing
- Perform inventory management for assigned customers
- Administer the in and out inventory records
- Control stock distribution with internal and external parties
- 3 years experience in third parties logistics companies, customer services and PRC coordination.
- Knowledge in warehouse operation is an advantage
- F.5 / DSE or above. Diploma in Logistics Management or Inventory Management is an advantage.
- Hands-on computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Application)
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Mon to Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-1pm; alternative Sat off
- Annual leave : 11 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefit covering spouse and dependents
- Office location : Tsing Yi
