THE COMPANY :
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Trading : industrial chemicals import & export
- Main markets : China and Asian countries
- Asian office : Vietnam & Taiwan
- We are looking for LOGISTICS OPERATION ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Operations Manager
- Mainly perform logistics operations; and minor in office administrative support
- Assist in import & export shipping documents
- Oil Tank Chartering Operation
- Shipment coordination
- Client credit verification and Cargo Releasing
- Filing + Payment online preparation
- Overseas Supplier and Client coordination
- Perform office administrative duties
- Office equipment or service sourcing
- Help Accountant for Branch offer expense verification
- Document preparation for management level approval
- Degree holder
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- 1-2 years working experience in office environment preferably in trading or manufacturing companies
- Knowledge in import & export shipping documents / logistics flow / operations / order processing is a plus
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 10 days
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Kowloon Bay
