• Provide ITL (IT support for Lab) support for labs, ensure a complete compliance of relevant Central
Directive for IT set up in engineering labs
• Lab management solution/ product marketing, rollout and support
• Digitalization activity support in lab area
• Lab requests (IT-related, e.g.: reporting application development) coordination and fulfillment, through
collaboration with technical team.
• Interface between the local lab customer and topic/ product responsible from global team
• Be member of the RB-PLCD rollout project team to support RB-PLCD roll out and set up
customizations and trainings for laboratory users in China
• Small IT activity/ project management

• Major in information techology or other computer related major
• 5 years working experience or above
• In-depth knowledge of Network, CCNA/CCNP cerificate is a plus
• Better than average know-how on windows Operation system, Virtual machine, Linux, MCSE
certificate is a plus
• Good know-how in software development(Java,.net), hands-on experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience in anti-virus software administration, good understanding of solutions for
different environment
• Experience in project management
• ITIL certification is an added advantage, Should have worked in Incident, problem and change
management scenarios
• Working experience for laboratory engineering is a plus.
• Readiness to take on responsibility, engagement, flexibility, team player with good communication
skills to collaborate with international teams
• Fluent English, in speaking, reading and writing
