What you'll get to do:

  • Demonstrate growth leadership and guidance across all stages of the BCG Digital Ventures business model, including innovation, product development, incubation and commercialization
  • Work with the Growth Director to define the growth strategy, execution, and optimization across our digital businesses, both B2B and B2C at all stages of the business model
  • Define multi-channel growth strategies based on product needs: SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, social paid and community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display and setting up growth / sales team functions
  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests
  • Implement market viability tests, price testing, competitor research and branding tests
  • Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use
  • Identify, recruit and train the next generation of Growth Architects
  • Leverage personal network and knowledge of digital tools to drive competitive advantage
  • Convert insights into action - see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
  • Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business
  • Design holistic lead generation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and CRM functionalities
  • Showcase Growth capabilities both internally (globally), and with DV Partners and VA Directors in business development ahead of, as well as throughout, client engagements
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership across a range of emerging business, technology and growth topics
  • Vet and build out our growth marketing tech stack partnerships
  • Coach and mentor the Growth team in both technical and core competencies
  • Work with the Growth teams internationally to define, adopt and improve existing practices
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Several years experience of leading growth marketing teams, managing and optimizing in a hands on performance marketing role in a start-up and/or digital environment, actively acquiring users and/or growing and retaining a more mature digital business
  • A proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross channel user acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives
  • A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
  • Experience scaling web based and native mobile products and services
  • Experience launching multiple digital products
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
  • The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
  • A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
  • The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for data and analytics: being comfortable with using business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Optimizely, Mixpanel
  • Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience proliferating consumer facing digital products and services
  • Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills required
  • A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption
