Job Description

Main Tasks / Key responsibilities:
1. Learning management
?Optimize Zone China learning policy and process, ensure it is aligned with business and people strategy and good execution by BU;
?Manage training management full circle, from needs analysis, training planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting;
?Build training budgeting and cost management guideline and communicate to business unit. Central reporting the cost and training activities to top management team;
?Internal training system set-up and development;
?External resources management: Build and manage the external vendor resources.

2. Training course / workshop design and delivery
?Localize global leadership and business training programs;
?Work with ODTD function managers to design and deliver the leadership and soft skill training/workshop;
?Certify and develop business and leadership internal trainer.

3. Talent development
?Take initiative and ownership of acting as program manager of managing some key talent acceleration development programs for high-potentials to design, plan, organize, implement and evaluate as a whole.

4. Diversified learning culture promoting
?E-learning course design and promotion;
?Design blended approaches, e.g. Online learning, forum, saloon to address learning needs in an effective and efficient way.

Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in HR / administration;
?Desired experience in leading consulting firms or multinational company for at least 5 years;
?Experience in learning & development;
?Logical thinking, good planning and result driven, detailed with quality work;
?Good customer-oriented mindset;
? Good communication and collaboration;
? Fluent English in both written and oral
