1. Responsible for all legal activities of the group, including: registration, legal documents, due diligence, policy research, legal training, dispute resolution, news reporting, etc.;
2. Responsible for relevant legal affairs arrangements and follow-up, including preparation of legal documents, litigation, liquidation, etc.
3. Responsible for due diligence on investment portfolios, providing investment advice and post-investment management advice
4. Co-ordinate other ad hoc projects.

崗位職責：

1. 負責管理各項法務工作，包括：註冊登記、法律文件、盡職調查、政策研究、印章管理、法律意見、爭議處理、新聞報道等；
2. 負責管理相關法律事務的安排與跟進，包括準備所需各種法律文檔、訴訟、清算等事宜；
3. 負責各投資項目的盡職調查，為投前決策和投後管理提供書面的意見；
4. 負責其他上級交辦的工作；

 Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Law or equivalent; minimum of 5 year experience in legal or company secretarial field
2. Basic knowledge in HK and PRC financial law and policy ; has M&A experience will be an advantage
3. Basic knowledge in HK and PRC Listing Rules and related regulations

4. Has conscientious work attitude, excellent writing skill and good communication and interpersonal skills

任職要求：

1. 擁有法律本科學位或同等學歷；在法律或公司秘書領域最少5年的工作經驗；
2. 熟悉中港兩地金融投資法律法規、國家政策，有投資並購經驗優先考慮；
3. 瞭解中港兩地上市規則及相關法規的基本知識；
4. 具有法務人員應有的嚴謹性，較強的文字寫作和語言表達能力，良好的人際溝通和協調能力；
