Duties:

• Handle mostly inbound calls and also outbound calls
• Assist customers in handling orders, answering product delivery status and after-sales service
• Continuously updating customer's data into the company system

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• 2-3 years call centre experience will be considered
• Good command in English is a MUST. Native Caontonese and good in Mandarin
• Customer-oriented, cheerful personality, self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Mon - Fri, office hour
• Location: Kowloon Bay
