Applied Materials EPG (Equipment Product Group) operations group is responsible for production of equipment and non system orders for 200mm Semi, legacy Semi metrology and inspection, solar inspection and Mask equipment globally in the AGS(Applied Global Services) product portfolio. EPG operations supports refurbishment, new systems, new product and upgrades for the ICAPS business unit focused on growth in  the IOT, communications, automotive, power and sensor product markets. Our EPG team collaborates with customers globally including customers in Taiwan to meet critical equipment needs, solve manufacturing challenges, and make equipment more productive. The growth in ICAPS markets has led to great new opportunities in the 200mm product space and the opportunity for factory expansion in Taiwan to build and ship EPG products for our customers in Taiwan and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of multiple outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal. organization. Planning Ordering, Purchasing and Customer Account Specialists in multiple locations.
• Ensures optimum inventory levels at multiple locations.
• Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions.
• Perform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations. Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions.
• Manages commitment methodologies and processes across product groups.
• Generates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis.
• Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.
• Escalate claims for AMAT lost or damaged materials and help resolve suppliers parts claim.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related discipline
• Above 10 years of working experience in Mfg logistics operations, import and export, warehouse management and inventory management – possible spare parts logistics management
• Excellent English communication skill in writing and speaking
