Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls flow from general info line and dedicated customer hotline
• Delivery professional customer service to customers and after-sales service to customers
• To take every opportunity to resolve customer enquiries and comments by investigating the root source of the issue; identify solutions to enhance customer experience
• Maintain good relationships with customers and cross-sell opportunities and customer relationship building to improve overall sales

Requirements:
• 1 years call center experience or customer service experience
• Excellent command in English and Cantonese
• Customers service oriented and good problem solving skills
• Attention to details, pleasant and out-going personality
