THE COMPANY :
- Information Technology & services provider with focus in customers in the telecommunication / SMS business
- We integrate industry-leading mobile communication, information processing and computer network technologies, combines Internet communication and mobile communication, and is widely used in website/APP SMS verification codes, voice verification codes, SMS notifications, SMS marketing, and corporate internal Sending, etc., users can quickly send information to mobile phone users through the All Access SMS platform or interface, which greatly improves work efficiency. Business users can easily manage customer resources, regularly release new product information to customers, and maintain stable customer relationships.
- We are looking for MARKETING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Research and analyze local market trends and needs, define the potential industry and customers.
- Establish marketing plan according to the original dates and internal requests and deliver it to sales team.
- Gathering the information of competitor's products/technologies, strategies and marketing plans to create the corresponsive plan.
- In charge of design, preparation and distribution of company news, brochures, website and other marketing collaterals.
- Set up and maintain good public and media relationships to project a positive image of company to public and customers.
- Propose and execute selling strategies to the sales team
- Build, manage and motivate sales team
- Achieving new sales quotas and maintaining call rates with established customers, to defend those accounts from competitors' activities
- Responsible for project development and customer satisfaction
- Penetrate customers in the telecommunication, SMS business
- Providing territory management activities such as sales call reports, normal territory analysis, updating the sales and marketing database, timely forecast and expense reporting and territory insights
- Identifying prospects and develop systematic business development plans
- Bachelor's degree in related major
- Minimum of 3-5 years equivalent sales and business development experience
- Experience in SMS business is preferred
- Knowledge of current sales practices and strategies
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
