Responsibilities include:

• Drive continuous process improvement efforts for MEMS probes
• Responsible for maintaining MEMS probe quality and reliability
• Manage the MEMS probe production line for capacity, yield, scheduling and priorities
• Manage and sustain Thin film engineering department comprising wet etch, sputter, plasma and metrology tools
• Lead the way in resolving all process and integration issues related to MEMS probe fabrication by working closely with all functional area managers and engineers.
• Maintain travelers, SPC, lot configuration, process changes, etc for MEMS Probe lots
• Set up DOEs, track and document results, create and update project plans for all MEMS probe related development activities.
