- Higher diploma or above with minimum 10 years merchandising experience in sizable trading or international buying office
- Good product knowledge and supplier networks
- Proven skill sets on time and project management, communication and negotiation
- Able to perform well under work pressure and meet tight deadline
- Good computer skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Regular business travel is required
