MTS Application Engineer

 

THE ROLE:

Help customers to narrow down issues from different site and kind of, find root cause and workaround let system MP on time.

THE PERSON:

• Good communication skills/ Teamwork/ management.
• Leading the customer project design and join conference call, make a proposal to customer for any technical support, and design review, end to end project MP smoothly.
• Leading issues debug status and make the project progress can meet the schedule.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mobile/AIO A+A (System + dGPU) platform customer issues support and debug.
• Leading design reviewing process to support customer Q&A.
• Software driver triage knowledge is plus, can co-work with Software test team.
• Customer training tasks support is plus.
• Visiting customers.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Profound experiences in Notebook platform design.
• Knowledge of AMD platform and SOC platform design.
• Design leader and system platform debug experiences, support projects and co-work with OEM/ODM directly, as well as internal team.

 EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor or Master, major in EE, CS or related area
