The Maintenance Person is responsible for planning and implementing the repairs and upgrades to major facility equipment and structures to maintain operation for facility production at the Vehicle Distribution Center (VDC).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Determine maintenance parts requirements through review of equipment operating manuals
• Place orders with venders and control inventory of replacement parts, fluids, supplies, and cleaning agents
• Perform facility inspections to determine mechanical and structural systems status
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with appropriate managers

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of general maintenance knowledge and experience

Preferences

• Operations of maintenance tools and equipment (Hi-lo, floor scrubber, snow blower, salt spreader, table saw)
