Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise MPF & EB customer service team to provide quality customer services
  • Handle hotline enquiries and resolve customer requests via various means in a professional manner with tactful customer services skills
  • Handle complaints and closely work with internal staff to resolve problems
  • Liaise with the Authorities on complaint cases and other enquiries
  • Responsible for customer service related enhancements, such as customer facing online interfaces and mobile apps
  • Provide supports to immediate manager and participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • University graduates with 8 years customer services experience
  • Knowledge in MPF regulations & scheme operations
  • Knowledge in Employee Benefits is preferred
  • Pleasant and possessing sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
